The very act of using your voice has many health benefits that help with pain reduction, makes you feel better and helps you live longer. Hormones called endorphins can be released into the blood, which can also be a big boost to good breath support. Those who experience breathing troubles should try and join a chorus or choir (or sing on their own) so that they can enhance their physical and mental health.
It is quite evident that music as a therapeutic activity is making its way into a number of areas of health care. Studies are showing that it not only helps problems with breathing but also works wonders for dementia, depression, stress related problems, snoring and the immunity system. Thus if you want a healthy life, choose singing on as a regular routine.
