To own a motorcycle is the beginning of a new adventure. You should keep it in mind that your motorcycle needs to be insured. Overall insurance is the key component to ownership, don’t take it for granted.

A good sign is that insurance coverage by motorcyclists is up 10% each year for the past decade. For those with rarely used collectible motorcycles there are special insurance policies to provide you basic coverage. No state has the same laws when it comes to motorcycle insurance cover for its riders. While others possess rules on the measure of coverage you need, in some states it isn’t a requirement.

Mastering and Playing Blues Guitar Chords and Rhythm.

My favorite chords are blues chords. While some of them may be a little more complicated, you can really get a groove going with them

O= Play string.

X= Don’t play string.

You may have noticed that all of them have the same name tag of seven. These are known as dominant seventh chords. They sound great when played together and give you plenty of possibilities. You can also play a G7 chord by moving your finger from the third fret to the first fret on the high E string. It will require you to change your fingering. Strumming patterns for blues are usually fast paced. In order to do this, we keep things simple and rhythmic. Here is a great strumming pattern to learn:

by Chris Channing

Poker is a card game that has resulted in many wins, losses, and millions of dollars of winnings around the world. A game with such popularity and prestige is, likewise, a very good card game to learn. But poker isn’t something one can pick up overnight- it takes a lot of practice and learning. But following some certain tips, beginners can help shorten the learning curve.

Beginners will very commonly believe that there are certain rituals or charms that give them luck. While this can be humorous and bring personality to the game, it certainly doesn’t do anything for the beginner’s chances of winning. In this sense, it’s best to leave all good luck charms at home, and instead intend on focusing on the matter at hand.

Children are often associated with having a very small attention span. But kids are always entertained by the wonders of coloring books- whether they be online or offline. But as parents soon come to find, the online versions of coloring books have very interesting benefits. It’s interesting to see online coloring books save time, effort, and money for hard working parents.

It’s hard to pass up a free offer that accomplishes everything a paid offer does and more. In this case, online Internet resources offer free online coloring books to children. In comparison to the crayons and coloring books that parents must pay for each week, the online alternative is a very spendthrift alternative indeed- possibly saving parents hundreds over the years.

by Tom Johnson

The first step to starting a new vegetable garden is to map out your garden. Simply draw up an approximate plan of where you’d like everything to go, keeping as close to scale as possible. Make sure you take into account paths and such.

Sit down and write a list of the vegetables you would like to grow. A couple of tips here… 1. Check your local area and only list the vegetables that are easy to obtain. 2. Resist any temptation to list any rare, exotic vegetables. They will be hard to get, expensive and even harder to grow.

Quilts: Not Just a Keepsake for Your Mother’s Generation

by Sara Musfeldt

My mother, my grandmother, and my great-grandmother have all been quilters. Growing up I didn’t appreciate the time the women in my family spent underneath a lamp studying the fine stitches they created one painstaking thread at a time. I didn’t understand why they would spend months focusing on these intricate details only to find a safe place for it later where little hands, dust bunnies, and the sun couldn’t reach it.

Special moments can now be captured with better accuracy than ever before with the advancements in digital photography today. Shutter speeds are now faster, and the resolution is now better, so excellent pictures can now be taken by beginner and expert photographers. If these features don’t help a great photo be taken, the photo editing software around today can.

Timing is everything a good photographer will tell you. You only have a small window of opportunity to take a great shot, whether it is an important race’s winner or and sunset. You must always be ready to take the picture and have an intuitive sense of when to take it. Photography, since it is harder than it looks, is really considered an art form.
